Kick-Off Meeting

German Sparkassenstiftung in partnership with the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association Ltd (CUA) held a Kick-Off meeting at the Credit Unions Training Centre on Thursday, 27th February 2020. The meeting brought together key stakeholders to discuss the current project phase, especially the topics of monitoring and evaluation as well as possible mergers in the bid to achieve the objective of strengthening the Credit Unions Movement in Ghana.

Present were: The General Manager of CUA, Mr. Coffie; Various Chairpersons and Managers of the Credit Unions in Ghana, Heads of the Regional Offices of CUA, Mr. Peter Schuessler (Senior Consultant), Mr. Winfried Nusser (Short Term Consultant), Mr. Baboucarr Jeng (Senior Consultant Liberia) and Mr. Lukas Kalbfleisch (STE).
