Shanta Sharley Natasha Eunice Ensah is development professional with 5+ years of professional experience and interest in gender and education programs. An Expert in programme management, human resource including monitoring and evaluation with a focus on using participatory approaches. I have very good skills in report writing, research, gender and education with background in leading, organizing, designing education and gender programme.
I graduated with a Bsc degree in Human Resource management in 2018 and also graduated with an MBA at the Njala University in Freetown.
I am currently the Project Support/ Administrative Officer for German Sparkassenstiftung (DSIK) for the Regional Project in Sierra Leone in partnership with NaCCUA.
